Golden Rates
We offer both daycare and overnight boarding with discounts for more than one dog. For your dog's protection and compatibility with a commingled facility such as ours, we have a strict set of requirements [keep hyperlink to requirements page] before a dog is allowed to attend Rover Retreat.
Reservations are required. However, we can take last-minute requests if we have room and your dog meets all the requirements. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal check and cash. Fees for new clients are due and payable at drop off. Established customers may pay at pickup.
Hours of Operation
Monday through Friday: 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
closed for naptime 12 p.m. - 2 p.m.
Weekends: 7 a.m. - 10 a.m. & 4 p.m. - 7 p.m.

Please note that if you must leave your dog after nap time on the day you pick up there will be an additional 1/2 day of day care added to your bill.

Other Fees & Deposits
A two night non-refundable deposit is required for all holiday reservations.
A cancellation fee may be charged if notification has not been given within 12 hours for daycare and 24 hours for overnight boarding reservations.
A late charge of $1 per minute may be charged if an employee has to stay late to accommodate you.
Discounts
In appreciation for your services to our country and community, we offer a 10% discount for members of the military, police, or fire department. Please have ID.
